PRIMUS ONLINE STANDARD FORMS OF AGREEMENT

Internet and telephony services (other than the AOL Service) sold by Primus Online are provided by Primus Telecommunications Pty Ltd and Primus Telecommunications (Australia) Pty Ltd under the Primus Standard Form of Agreement.

The AOL Service is provided under the Primus AOL Terms of Service (for the AOL Service).

The following apply to internet and telephony services (other than the AOL Service) under contracts made prior to 16th October 2006
