1. Click on MY COMPUTER
2. Click on DIALUP NETWORKING
   2a. If you are using Windows ME, the DIALUP NETWORKING icon is along the left hand side of your screen as a link.
3. Click on MAKE NEW CONNECTION.

1. Type in a NAME for the connection (e.g.) Pimusonline, then click NEXT
2. Leave the AREA CODE blank, however in the TELEPHONE NUMBER box, enter in 0198380000, the COUNTRY REGION OR CODE should be Australia (61) then click on NEXT
3. It will advise you that you have completed the process, just click FINISH
4. You will now notice a new icon called (e.g.) Primusonline listed, if you want to make a shortcut of this icon on your desktop, simply RIGHT CLICK on the icon, then CREATE SHORTCUT, you will be prompted with a message You can not create a shortcut here would you like it to be placed on your desktop, click YES.
5. Close all windows down and that new icon on desktop is ready to use.

1. Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL.
2. Click on NETWORK & DIALUP CONNECTIONS.
3. Click on CREATE A NEW CONNECTION.

1. Choose DIALUP TO THE INTERNET, then NEXT
2. Choose I WANT TO SET UP MY INTERNET CONNECTION MANUALLY, OR I WANT TO CONNECT THROUGH A LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN), then NEXT.
3. Choose I CONNECT THROUGH A PHONELINE & MODEM, then NEXT
4. Leave the AREA CODE blank , then in the TELEPHONE NUMBER box enter in 0198380000, then UNTICK the box called USE AREA CODE AND DIALLING RULES, then NEXT
5. The USERNAME = username@primusonline.com.au
6. The PASSWORD = login password, then NEXT
7. The CONNECTION NAME = Primusonline, then NEXT
8. It will ask you if you want setup your Internet mail account now, click on NO, then NEXT.
9. Untick the box titled To connect to the internet immediately, select this box and then click Finish.
10. Then click on FINISH.

You will now notice a new icon called (e.g.) Primusonline listed, if you want to make a shortcut of this icon on your desktop, simply RIGHT CLICK on the icon, then CREATE SHORTCUT, you will be prompted with a message You can not create a shortcut here would you like it to be placed on your desktop, click YES

1. Click on START, then CONTROL PANEL.
2. Click on NETWORK & INTERNET CONNECTIONS.
3. Click on NETWORK CONNECTIONS.
4. To the left hand side click on CREATE A NEW CONNECTION.

• Choose CONNECT TO THE INTENET, then NEXT
• Choose SETUP MY CONNECTION MANUALLY, then NEXT.
• Choose CONNECT USING A DIALUP MODEM, then NEXT.
• The ISP NAME = Primusonline, then NEXT
• The TELEPHONE NUMBER = 0198380000, then NEXT
• The USERNAME = username@primusonline.com.au
• The PASSWORD = login password
• The CONFIRM PASSWORD = login password
• The 3 boxes below make sure that they are ALL TICKED, then NEXT
• Put a TICK in the box Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop
• Then FINISH.
• Close all windows down and the simply click on the shortcut title Primusonlineto connect.

1. Open Outlook Express.
   1a. you may be prompted with a message Outlook Express is currently not your default mail client options are YES or NO, just click on NO.
2. Click on The TOOLS menu along the top of Outlook Express.
3. Click on ACCOUNTS.
4. Click on the second tab MAIL
   4a. Make sure below the ACCOUNTS field is empty.
5. Click on ADD, then MAIL
   5a. NOTE a wizard program will begin to start the setup.
6. It will ask for a DISPLAY NAME: (type in anything you like), then click NEXT
7. It will ask for EMAIL ADDRESS: username@primusonline.com.au then click NEXT.
8. The type of MAIL SERVER: POP3
9. The INCOMING MAIL SERVER: pop.primusonline.com.au
10. then OUTGOING MAIL SERVER: smtp.primusonline.com.au, then click on NEXT.
11. The ACCOUNT NAME: username.
12. The PASSWORD: login password. Then click on NEXT
13. Then click on FINISH to complete the process.
14. Then close down the INTERNET ACCOUNTS window.
